We can independently complete most phases of complex tasks which greatly reduces cost and simplifies the experiences of our clients. Even though we are not dedicated exclusively to any single trade, we often provide a level of quality in our work that will upstage many specialists.

Ceiling Replacement

On this project we tore out and rebuilt the ceiling in our client’s bedroom. The work took about a week. We devoted scrupulous attention to details in the work, in protecting other surfaces in the house, and in our cleaning procedures. Not only did we deliver a superior product but also a superior customer experience.

Art Studio Renovation

After creating a comprehensive plan, we began renovating our client's art studio by removing the old wall sheathing and fiberglass insulation. We cleaned the wall cavities and installed new Rockwool insulation before hanging new interior wall sheathing. The walls were then painted with high-end Sherwin Williams primer and paint. Finally, we installed new windows to improve insulation and optimize the user experience of the space.

Bathroom Renovation

A crack in the old shower had caused significant water damage to the framing of the room. We replaced two layers of sub-flooring, and the floor plate in the perimeter wall. Floor joists were reinforced by sistering-on new 2x8" boards with lag bolts. Our in-house team handled all work, including demo, framing, plumbing, flooring, drywall, trim, and painting.
